Product Development & Production
Magnett Footwear is set to bring the design and production of its footwear collection in-house. From November 1, 2015 onwards, the brand will take over the shoe collection for both men as well as women.
The decision is part of the label's move to strengthen its footwear category by ensuring it has full control over both the design and manufacturing of the shoes. Magnett Footwear will create aseparate department which will be in charge of designing future footwear ranges. Magnett Footwear will also take on full responsibility for the sale of the product from Overland Shoes Limited, as well as full responsibility for the design, development and distribution of shoes The label adds that the plan for this transition has been carefully designed to ensure the best involvement with the brand's values and customers.
