Return & Exchange Policy

At Magnett, we want you to have the perfect pair of shoes! If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order, and we’ll credit the value toward your next purchase.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including the shoebox).
  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery, after which no returns will be entertained.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Start Your Return: Contact us at magnettshoes@gmail.com or visit our [returns portal] to initiate the process.
  2. Ship Your Item: Follow the instructions provided to send the item back to us using the prepaid return label (if applicable).
  3. Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used for your next order.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges for returns will be bearable by the customer. This fee may be applicable depending on the consumer’s location and product.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size, colour, or style changes on the same item with photo/video proof attached. (subject to availability)
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at magnettshoes@gmail.com with the details of your exchange request.
  2. Ship Your Item: Return the original item following our return process.
  3. Receive Store Credit or Replacement: Use your store credit toward your replacement item or let us ship the replacement directly once we receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Contact us at magnettshoes@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include a description and photos/video of the issue for faster resolution.
  • We’ll either replace the item or issue store credit for the value.

Important Notes

  • Store credit will be valid for 6 MONTHS from the date of issuance.
  • Items returned without authorisation or outside the return window may not be eligible for store credit.
  • We recommend keeping proof of postage when sending your item back.
